On Saturday, 24 April 2021, EQUITEK collaborated with UNDIP to organize a Free Webinar “Disciplined Entrepreneurship: Survival Strategy in Pandemic Period”, the Webinar was attended by more than 400 participants. This webinar discusses two materials, namely: – Strategy Development & Disciplined Entrepreneurship: How a strategy is formed by testing assumptions and market analysis – Strategy Execution: How the strategy is executed with daily EBITDA control (EBITDA Daily Control).
This webinar was guided directly by Mr. Ir. Rudy Setyopurnomo, MM. MPA. MSM (Founder & CEO of EQUITEK) and Mr. Ir. Saritomo (Founder & CEO of MITS), Turnaround Strategy Expert who is experienced in conducting corporate turnarounds and has been proven to increase EBITDA in several companies (airlines, hospitals, etc.).
The webinar was moderated by Mr. Idris, SE, M.Si as the Head of the UNDIP KKIB Business Incubator, Welcome Speech by Prof. Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, MM, MSc, PhD. as Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UNDIP. The responders consisted of Mr. Dr. Eng. Gunawan Dwi Haryadi ST MT as the Coordinator of the UNDIP Faculty of Engineering Cooperation Management Unit and Mr. Dr. dr. Sutopo Patria Jati, MM, M.Kes as Managing Director of RSND. This webinar was running successfully and smoothly.
