In the era of the all-digital industry 4.0, it requires students to better understand technology, especially in terms of personal branding, where accessing someone’s profile through social media is very easy, this is an encouragement for students to improve personal branding. The KMW 2021 Upgrading event this time invited speakers who would provide tips on building personal branding through the LinkedIn application and how to control students’ emotional intelligence in leadership. Students need concrete concepts and actions to build attitudes to achieve it all, one of which is building a leadership spirit.
The series of upgrading activities was carried out online (the Zoom application) and was attended by 63 participants. The enthusiasm of the participants who asked questions and took part in the event was also appreciated because many of the participants asked questions, even though it was done online. On this occasion, Devi Wulansari as the Chairperson of KMW FEB expressed his gratitude to Mr. Idris, SE, M.Sc., as the Supervisor of KMW FEB Undip, to the committee and to various parties who have supported the School of Business chapter 1 event carried out by good. The result of this activity is to improve the soft skills and hard skills of KMW members so that they become young entrepreneurs who can develop their inner potential and are gifted in terms of personal branding and emotional intelligence.
